Because I’m a specialist in anxiety as a clinical psychologist, I’ve gotten really good at getting to the root.
So often, people are managing with “bandaids.”
Bandaids look like procrastination, comfort/overeating, drinking/smoking, overworking, not speaking up, not setting boundaries, and soo many other unhealthy ways of coping. I’m not judging, I’ve been there before…
That's why I know, first-hand, how quick fixes just lead to more anxiety and overwhelm in the long-term.
Instead of only managing symptoms, we’ll be digging deep and you'll be healing from within. This is how I help people see long-term results.
I don’t see therapy as a bandaid, but rather, good therapy is like surgery. Anxiety is the wound. We’ll go in and “clean” the wound, find what’s wrong, stitch together what’s missing, and over time, your wound will truly heal.

I genuinely enjoy witnessing the transformation that my clients make. My clients feel less stressed, are more seen and heard, get more sleep, and have less overwhelm and worry.
Not only do I used research-backed strategies to help people get real results from therapy, but I do so in a way that is non-judgemental. I’m not here to judge, nor do I want to!
I'm also very active in therapy sessions. I'm not the type of psychologist who just sits there listening. I'm right "in the thick of it" with you.
And while, I've been described by clients as warm, open, empathetic, and supportive, I'll also help you stretch beyond your comfort zone, which may be challenging at times.
Like I mentioned before, I'm open and willing to talk about any and everything that comes up, with no judgment. I've heard sooo much over the years as a provider, and I genuinely believe that we all do the best we can to manage.
Together, we'll use my years of knowledge and research-backed strategies, tailoring them to meet your needs.
You deserve to be seen and heard! I'm here to help transform your life into one you don't dread.

I’ve been providing therapy, helping people optimize their mental health for almost a decade.
From hospitals, clinics, and private practices, and many years of clinical research, psychological testing, and psychotherapy, I’ve truly honed my expertise in anxiety.
I specialize in working with a range of clients, all of whom have anxiety, trauma, or stress in common.
Not only do I specialize in anxiety, but because they can manifest as insomnia, pain, trauma, weight gain, drinking, and depression, I’m also skilled in treating those concerns, too.
